SafeBox is secured 24/7 by Chubb Edwards, and guarded throughout operating hours by multiple guards. The safe deposit boxes are secured in a state of the art, high security vault located within the building.
SafeBox’s facility is designed to keep owners’ valuables under the strictest security. SafeBox is designed to meet the highest security measures currently available and matches or exceeds all security currently installed at Canada’s banks and credit unions. SafeBox’s vault will meet strict ULC Standards Certification (Level 4 Complete) and will contain security features including seismic, smoke and fire detectors, tampering detection, and a Class II vault door resistant to a SafeBox’s premises will achieve the Premise ULC Certificate, which includes the security of all accessible windows, doors, transoms, skylights and other openings in the premises. Within the facility, motion detectors pick up any movement in excess of four feet in any direction. Through the installation of private internet network and digital phone communication for built-in redundancy, Chubb Edwards will remotely monitor SafeBox 24/7. Finally, to enhance and compliment the facility’s security, multiple guards will be on site throughout operating hours.
